At DERAAH US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.
Eligibility for Returns:
Time Frame:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items Condition:
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened or used due to health and safety concerns.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions.
- Gift cards and special offers.
Return Process:
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at care@deraahus.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect/mismatching. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Mismatching or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a Mismatch or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
